临床护理路径在食管癌患者中的运用

目的 研究临床护理路径在食管肿瘤患者中的运用.方法 将随机选取需要进行手术治疗的70例食管癌患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用根据医院制定的临床护理路径内容进行整体护理,对照组采用常规整体护理方法,两组患者在手术后并发症、住院天数、住院费用、健康教育知晓情况和患者满意度方面的结果 进行比较.结果 实验组患者术后并发症发生率（P〈0.01）、健康教育知晓情况（P〈0.01）及对护理工作的满意度（P〈0.05）均高于对照组的患者,而在住院天数、住院费用（P〈0.01）均低于对照组患者.结论 运用临床护理路径实施整体护理,可以缩短住院时间,减少手术费用,提高护理质量,增加患者满意度.
