| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预在肝内胆管结石手术患者围术期的应用方法。方法:将70例肝内胆管结石手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各35例,对照组给予围术期常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予护理干预。观察比较两组引流量、残石率、术后并发症等情况。结果:实验组引流量、残石率、术后并发症发生率及结石复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预应用于肝内胆管结石手术患者,可有效提高围术期护理质量,预防并发症发生。
