| 摘 要： | 过去的20年,随着社会的广泛认可和需求的增加,中国急诊医学取得了迅猛的发展。急诊医学发展的关键在于专业人才的培养。本文主要探讨如何切实加强目前国内的急诊医学教育,如何在其发展方向、培训模式、学习内容、训练方法及质量控制等方面不断提高,真正创建适合我国急诊医学发展的住院医师培训体系。

| Abstract: | With increasing demands and recognition, emergency medicine has advanced rapidly in China in recent decades. The education and training of professionals in this field are important for the further development of emergency medicine. With an attempt to investigate the way to strengthen residency training system in emergency medicine, this article reviews its potential development direction, training modes, learning materials, and quality control. |
