摘    要:目的 观察家蝇室内种群在整个产卵期内的孵化特征。方法 观察家蝇室内种群整个产卵期内的第4代及第5代卵块每天孵化幼虫数量和未孵出数量,计算每天的孵化率,并进行分析。结果 第4代孵化幼虫数量高峰出现在产卵期第7天,第11天后孵出幼虫数量持续在低水平;第5代孵化幼虫数量高峰出现在产卵期第4天,第8天后孵出幼虫数量持续在低水平。第4代及第5代孵化率前8天维持在较高水平,后期孵化率起伏较大。结论 家蝇室内种群第4代及第5代在产卵期前期幼虫孵化数量以及孵化率相对较高且较稳定。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the hatching characteristics of the reared population of Musca domestica. Methods During the oviposition period, the fourth generation and the fifth generation eggs were observed on the number of the hatched and the unhatched every day, and the hatching rate was counted. Results In the fourth generation, the peak of the larvae appeared at the seventh day. After the eleventh day, the number of the hatched larva kept at low level. In the fifth generation, the larval peak appeared at the fourth day. After the eighth day, the number of larva kept at low level. The hatching rates of both the generations kept at relatively high level from the first day to the eighth day, and in the later period, variable hatching rates were observed. Conclusion The number of hatched larva and the hatching rates keep at relatively high level in the early period in both the fourth generation and the fifth generation of the reared housefly population.
