MR弥散加权成像结合增强在乳腺良恶性病变鉴别中的应用

目的探讨MR弥散加权成像（diuffsion weighted imaging，DWI）技术方法及所获得的参数在乳腺良、恶性疾病鉴别中的应用价值。方法经病理证实的乳腺病变30例，共计病灶35个。行弥散加权成像、常规T2WI平扫、动态增强扫描。造影剂为Gd—DTPA（30ml），生理盐水20ml，注射速度3ml／s。经肘前静脉高压注射器团注。将所得图像传送MultiModalitu工作站得ADC图及时间一信号曲线。结果DWI显示100％的恶性病变（16／16）和94．7％的良性病变（18／19），敏感性为97．1％（34／35）。相对ADC值的良性／正常、恶性／正常组有显著性意义。增强扫描显示良、恶性病变的形态特征有显著性意义。结论ADC值结合MR增强扫描对乳腺良恶性病变的正确诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值．

DWI combined with enhanced in the identification of benign and malignant breast lesions application

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic ability to differentiate benign and malignant disease breast lesions by the technological methods and the achieved parameters of diffusion weighted MR Imagin(DWI).Methods 30 cases(35 lesions) who were proved by Pathologic examination include 16 malignant cases(16 lesions)and 14 benign cases(19 lesions).
