| 摘 要： | 目的观察宣肺降脂方治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法将211例患者随机分为两组;对照组102例以常规减肥饮食、运动处方治疗,治疗组109例在对照组基础上服用宣肺降脂方治疗,疗程8周。观察两组治疗前后体质量指数（BMl）、腰臀比、脂肪率、空腹血糖、三酰甘油及胰岛素水平等的变化。结果治疗后两组BMI、腰臀比、脂肪率、空腹血糖、三酰甘油和胰岛素水平等均有不同程度下降（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,且治疗组的下降较对照组显著（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论宣肺降脂方治疗单纯性肥胖病效果良好。
