| 摘 要： | 目的 观察补肾活血序贯疗法结合西医常规治疗无排卵性不孕症的疗效.方法 将64例无排卵性不孕症患者随机分为西药组(20例,用西医常规治疗)、中药组(22例,用补肾活血序贯疗法)、中西结合组(22例,用补肾活血序贯疗法结合西医常规治疗),疗程均为3个月.通过监测排卵与治疗前后血清孕酮水平变化及妊娠率来评价治疗效果,同时记录...
