| 摘 要： | 本文以实现资本经营的理念阐述了实施资金资本与知识资本结合的理论依据，介绍了医院通过引进资金、引进人才，也即以知识资本盘活存量，以资金整合求效益，使医院在利用人才资源和激发人才动能方面独辟新径，提高了资本积累速度，奠定了医院可持续发展的稳固基础。

| Abstract: | In light of the idea of realizing management by capital, the authors expound the theoretical basis of implementing the integration of the capital of funds and the capital of knowledge and give an account of their hospital's experience in this aspect. By introducing capital and talented personnel, viz. by liquidating remnant assets through the capital of knowledge and by seeking benefits through capital integration, the hospital has succeeded in inventing a new way of utilizing talented personnel resources and stimulating talented personnel to greater efforts, thus enhancing the speed of its accumulation of capital and laying a solid foundation for sustainable development. |
