门诊用药咨询调查分析

目的了解我院门诊病人用药咨询情况,分析患者对我院用药意见和需求及药学服务存在问题.方法对我院2001年以来门诊病人有关用药咨询资料进行分类、统计.结果用药咨询人数最多是老人和儿童患者,分别占就诊人数的38.86%和34.62%.用药咨询内容最多的是药物作用与用途,占27.25%;其次是药价,占21.72%;使用注意事项咨询排列第3位,占16.07%.结论患者注重合理用药.老人和儿童患者是用药咨询的主要服务对象.合理用药是药学服务的目标.
