| 摘 要： | 目的]对HIV抗体可疑者及HIV感染者,进行行之有效的管理.方法]对HIV抗体可疑产生的原因、出入境人员出现最终的检测结果;HIV抗体可疑人员的咨询等问题进行了探讨.结果]HIV抗体可疑结果的产生,是由于特异性反应程度不足和交叉反应产生的假阳性所造成.HIV抗体可疑者需进行复检.其在精神上会承受很大的压力,咨询人员务必做好HIV检测者的咨询,特别是心理方面的支持性咨询,同时提高全社会对HIV感染者和艾滋病病人的社会包容度.结论]检测手段与措施需要改进,应加强咨询和提高管理的有效性.

| Abstract: | Objective To conduct effective management for HIV positives and suspects.MethodsThe causes of HIV suspicious,confirmation result,and some related consulting issues were discussed.WTHZResultsThe HIV suspicious results were mainly due to insufficient sensitivity and false postives.Confirmining test,psychological consulting and support were necessary for all the suspects.Meanwhile,the socical awareness of HIV/AIDS should be increased.ConclusionHIV testing approach,consulting and management should be improved. |
