| 摘 要： | 对15例老年多发性骨髓瘤患并发骨折的相关因素进行分析，认为其相关因素主要有：疾病所致的溶骨改变；患年老体弱易受伤；对病人的安全保护意识不强及家人护理不当；医源性因素等。护理对策：加强骨痛时的护理和安全防范措施，避免各种损伤因素；及时监测肾功能和血清钙变化，合理补充钙剂；取得病人及家属的配合与支持。

| Abstract: | The relevant factors of15old patients with fracture from senile multiple myeloma were analyzed.It was found that osteolytic change was the main factor,with others including their weak body,weakness in the sense of their safety and improper nursing by their families and medicine-sourced factors.The nursing countermeasures included:reinforcing the nursing at bone pains and the precautions of safety to avoid other factors,timely monitoring of kidney function and serum calcium,reasonable supplementation of calcium and gaining the cooperation and support from their families. |
