血清自发荧光对肝纤维化诊断价值的探讨

目的研究大鼠肝纤维化不同阶段血清自发荧光强度。方法SD大鼠54只随机分为正常对照组和肝纤维化模型组，应用四氯化碳皮下注射法制备大鼠肝纤维化模型，分别检测大鼠血清Ex337／Em512、Ex337／Em450和Ex370／Em440nm处自发荧光强度，并进行肝脏组织病理学检查，对肝纤维化程度进行评分。结果模型组肝组织3处纤维化评分均高于正常对照组（P均〈0．01）。肝纤维化大鼠8、12周3个波长下血清自发荧光强度均高于正常对照组（P均〈0．01），且随肝纤维化严重程度加重而逐渐增强，但4周比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论肝纤维化大鼠血清自发荧光强度增强，血清自发荧光检测一定程度上可反映肝纤维化严重程度。

Diagnostic value of serum autofluorescence in liver fibrosis

Objective To investigate serum autofluorescence intensity in different stages of rat liver fibrosis model. Methods Fifty-four SD rats were randomly divided into control group and model group. Liver fibrosis was induced by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride, test the serum autofluorescence intensity at Ex337/EmS12, Ex337/Em450 and Ex370/Em440 nm, respectively. Test the score of liver fibrosis degree. Results The score of liver fibrosis degree was significantly higher in liver fibrosis model group, compared with that of control group （P 〈0.01 ）. Compared with the normal control group, serum autofluorescence intensity was significantly higher at three difference wavelengths in liver fibrosis model group at 8 and 12 weeks （P 〈0. 01 ）, and increased gradually as the stage of fibrosis progressed, but there was no change at 4 weeks （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The serum autofluorescence intensity is increased in rat liver fibrosis mode, which may reflect the degree of liver fibrosis.
