| 摘 要： | 本文报告原发性附睾肿瘤18例,(双侧1例),其中良性17例(腺样瘤16例,海绵状血管瘤和血管平滑肌瘤各1例)恶性1例。国内文献共报道82例(含个案),以腺样瘤和平滑肌瘤最常见。结合文献复习对发生率、组织来源,临床表现,鉴别诊断和治疗作了简要的讨论。

| Abstract: | 18 cases with primary epididymal tumors (one case is bilateral) were reported,in which 17 are benign (adenomatoid tumors 16,cavenous himogioma 1,hemagioleiomy- mal),and 1 malignant.In reviewing the current literatures a lotal of 82 cases was reported in our country.The most common of primary epididymal tumor is adenoma- toid tumor and leiomyoma.The incidence,histogenesis,clinical manifestations,differen- tial diagnosis and treatment were discussed in combination with reviewing the current literatures. |
