| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨深圳市开展城市社区健康服务的模式和措施。方法 :对创办深圳城区社区健康服务中心示范点的工作进行总结分析 ,并对存在的问题进行探讨。结果 :创办社区健康服务中心取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益 ;但也存在经费不足、三级网络不健全、人员培训不足和准入把关不严等问题亟待改进和完善。结论 :健康服务社区化是卫生服务发展的必然趋势

A discussion on the health service mode in community in Shenzhen city |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the mode and measures in development of community health service in Shenzhen city.Methods:The demonstration spots established for community health service center in Shenzhen were summarized and analysed,meanwhile,the problems existed were also studied.Results:A good social effects and economic returns were achieved for the establishment of community health service center,but the problems mentioned blow must be soon improved,there is shortage of funds,three-levels network is not perfect,professional training is not enough and permission for managerial authority is not restrict,etc.Conclusion:The community health service is an inexorable trend of health service development. |
