川芎嗪对家兔肠缺血再灌注损伤肠组织超微结构的影响

目的 探讨川芎嗪对小肠缺血再灌注损伤(IIPd)肠组织超微结构的影响；方法 19只实验兔随机分为2组：肠缺血再灌注组(皿组，n=9)和肠缺血再灌注 川芎嗪治疗组(LGr组，n=10)。用电镜观察缺血再灌注损伤及经川芎嗪保护的各实验兔肠管组织的超微结构改变。结果 IIR组家兔缺血60min、再灌注30min后肠组织超微结构明显受损，肠粘膜上皮细胞及线粒体肿胀，内质网扩张；LGT组肠组织超微结构比IIR组明显改善。结论 小肠缺血再灌注造成肠组织超微结构的损害，川芎嗪对肠组织超微结构产生保护作用。

Effect of ligustrazini on the intestine ultrastructure characteristic following intestine ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits

Objective To explore effects of ligustrazini(LGT) on the intestine ultrastructure characteristic during intestine ischemia reperfusion injury (IIRI) in rabbits.Methods 19 rabbits in the experiments were divided into the following two groups randomly: the group IIR (n=9) and the group LGT(n=10) which were treated with LGT. Morphological changes of intestine ischernia-reperfusion in rabbits and the protective effects of liqustrazin were observed under electric telescope.Results The intestine ultrastructure was badly injured in group IIR if ischemia lasted for 60min and reperfusion lasted for 30min. Mitochondria and intestinal mucosal cells were swellen and endoplasmic reticulum expanded, however, in the LGT group the ultrastructural injury of the ischemia greatly ameliorated. Conclusion The ultrastructure injury occurred after IIRI and LGT. has protective effects on the intestine ultrastructure.
