| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨男性2型糖尿病患者血浆性激素对胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法:对37例男性2型糖尿病患者测定血清空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平,计算胰岛素敏感指数ISI=In(FPG×FINS)-1],同时测定血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平,并计算E2/T,分析血清性激素与胰岛素敏感指数的相关性,34例非糖尿病人作为对照组。结果:血浆睾酮水平与胰岛素敏感性呈正相关(r=0.264,P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者低血浆性激素水平促进胰岛素抵抗的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective: To examine the relationship between serum testosterone levels and insulin sensitivity in men.Methods:A total of 37 men with type 2 diabetes were determined fasting plasma glucose(FPG)、fasting insulin(FINS).Insulin sensitivity was calculated by ISI=In(FPG×FINS)-1.The serum testosterone and estradiol was assayed and calculated E2 /T.Results:Serum testosterone levels positive correlated with ISI(r=0.264,P<0.05).Conclusion:Low serum sex hormone levels in men with type 2 diabetes may promote insulin resistance in men. |
