高血压脑出血外科治疗的临床研究

目的探讨外科治疗高血压脑出血(HICH)的手术时机、手术适应证、手术方法及术后处理。材料与方法回顾性分析1997年3月～2006年1月,92例经外科治疗高血压脑出血患者临床资料进行。结果全部病例均获得随访,随访6个月～62个月,平均26月。术后恢复良好32例,中残35例,重残14例,植物生存5例,死亡6例。结论CT引导的定向血肿钻孔碎吸术和小骨窗开颅血肿清除术是一种简单、快捷、损伤小的手术方法。但手术时机的选择、手术技巧及术后处理及护理极为重要。

The Clinic Research of Hypertensive Intracerebralhemorrhage on Surgical Therapy

Objective To discuss operation opportunity,operation indication,operation method and postoperative management of hypertensive intracerebral(HICH).Methods 92 cases clinic infromation with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage of postoperation in our hospital were analysised from March 2001 to January in retrospectiveanalysis.Results All patients were follow-up,times from six months to sixty-two months,averaged twenty-six months.32 cases restored well,35 cases were middling deformity,14 cases grave deformity,5 persistent vegvtativestate,6 cases death.Conclusion Computed tomographic guided aspiration and thrombolysis of intracerebral hematoma method and small bone window hemorrhage aspiration method are simple and quickly and small injury operation method.operation opportunity,operation indication,operation method and postoperative management are vitally important in clinic results.
