螺旋CT低剂量一体化扫描与常规剂量扫描对比研究

目的：探讨螺旋CT低剂量一体化扫描技术在多发外伤中的诊断与防护价值。方法：对50例多发外伤的患者行常规及多层螺旋CT低剂量一体化扫描，观察比较其对病变的定性诊断的差异和辐射剂量的差异。结果：与常规剂量多层螺旋CT扫描相比，多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描对病变的定性诊断无明显差异，但是辐射剂量有大幅度下降，所得的图像对疾病的诊治无影响。结论：螺旋CT低剂量一体化扫描在多发外伤中是可行的，比传统CT扫描减少了受检者的辐射剂量，可得到满意的影像质量，有利于患者的辐射防护，使成本降低。

Comparative Study of Standard Dose and Low-dose Spiral CT in Detection of More Traumatism

Objective To evaluate Low-dose MSCT scanning in detection more traumatism disease and its significance in radioprotection. Methods Conventional and low-dose and integrative spiral CT scanning were performed in 50 cases of adult with more traumatism disease. The accuracy in the characteristic diagnosis was compared and dose difference was analyzed. Results There were no significant differences between two ways of MSCT scans in characteristic diagnosis. The radiation dose was greatly decreased in low -dose and integrative spiral CT scanning. The quality of images was not different, Conclusion It is feasible to perform low-dose and integrative spiral CT examination in more traumatism and satisfactory imaging quality is showed with low cost and more benefit for patients in radioprotection.
