中药川芎的指纹图谱分析

摘    要:本研究对川芎原药材进行了提取处理,水提取物经萃取后获得化学组分。采用高效液相-质谱联用法(HPLC-MS)分析发现,在本实验条件下,用HPLC-MS能对指纹图谱的主要特征峰对应的化学成分进行分析,发现有相同的分子离子峰[M+H]+(m/z 225),易形成碎片离子m/z 207,并进一步阐明洋川芎内酯成分主要碎片离子峰的形成过程。

Abstract:Crude herb of Linguisticum chuanxiong Hort. was extracted with water and the extracted was abstracted for chemical constituents. It is revealed that under circumstance of this experiment, HPLC-MS is able to elucidate chemicals that correspond to the peaks, and same molecular and hydronium peaks [M+H]+(m/z 225) were detected, prone to develop into fragment hydronium m/z 207. This article also gave an explanation to formation of fragment hydronium peaks of senkyunolide.
