摘    要:目的评价4课时的“海南省小学艾滋病预防相关教育”课程在海南省A县和B市6所小学校五年级试用后对学生艾滋病相关知识和生活技能态度的影响。方法采用非随机平行对照设计,比较课前和课后1个月6所试点小学(约1700人)和同地区3所对照小学(约700人)全体五年级学生问卷调查结果以评价课程的近期效果;开课后2年,在两地选择8所中学的初中一年级学生(约7000人)进行横断面问卷调查,比较在5年级上过本课程的学生(1437人)与其他学生在上述指标方面的差异以评价课程的中期效果。结果与自身基线比较,开课组课后1月多数艾滋病知识题目知晓率提高20-40个百分点:生活技能自我评价方面多数题目提高10~20个百分点。开课后2年,开课组学生的部分艾滋病知识知晓率下降,但仍高于同期对照组水平。两年间的3次调查显示,开课组学生能够比对照组更稳定地掌握预防艾滋病相关知识和生活技能。结论结合学生实际需求的以生活技能为基础的艾滋病预防课程可以使小学五年级学生更好的掌握艾滋病预防相关知识和生活技能。

Results of health education course of AIDS knowledge in primary school in Hainan Province

Abstract:Objective To evaluate a "4-hour life-skill-based HIV/AIDS prevention curricula" among 5th grade students from primary schools in two rural areas of Hainan province. Methods We predicted that the curricula would help students get more HIV/AIDS related knowledge and life-skills. To evaluate this hypothesis,a tow-stage study was conducted from Sept.2006 to Sept.2008. Stage I,a nonrandom controlled experiment study,including two questionnaire surveys,was used to evaluate the curricula's short-term effect at baseline (Sept. 2006) and one month after the curricula (May. 2007). The "experiment group" approximately had 1,700 5th grade students who came from 6 primary schools. The "primary school control group" approximately had 700 5th grade students who came from another 3 primary schools. Stage II, a cross-sectional questionnaire survey study was conducted to evaluate the eurricula's mid-term effect at two years after the curricula (Sept. 2008). The participants were about 7,000 7th grade students,who came from 8 middle schools in the same two rural areas. Participants who used to take part in the curricula 2 years ago were named "experiment group" (n=1,437),the others were named "middle school control group'. Groups were compared on HIV/AIDS related awareness and self-assessment of life-skills in each stage. Results At the short-term assessment,the levels of HIV/AIDS knowledge of students in experiment group is enhanced (most items increased by 20-40 points) and their life skills improved (most items increased by 10-20 points ). Students in experiment group gained more and stable HIV/AIDS awareness and related life skills in comparison with the control groups. Conclusion This "4-hours life-skills-based HIV/AIDS prevention eurricula",meet the local 5th grade students" HIV/AIDS prevention requirement,will help the stents grasp more HIV/AIDS knowledge and related prevention life-skills.
