SCL-90对企业管理人员的测评分析

目的　了解企业管理人员的心理健康状况。方法　采用症状自评量表 (SCL— 90 )对 1 3 6名企业管理人员进行施测。结果　除人际敏感因子分比常模低外 ,其他各项因子分均高于常模 ,其中偏执以及精神病性因子分与常模有显著差异。结论　企业管理人员心理健康水平略低于一般人群 ,女性心理健康状况较男性稍差 ,40岁以上年龄组的躯体化因子分显著高于其它年龄组 ,受教育程度对心理健康有积极的影响 ,但影响并不显著

Analysis on Testing the Enterprise Managers by Using SCL-90

Objective To learn the mental health state of enterprise managers.Method The authors surveyed 136 managers of enterprise by using SCL-90.Result The result shows that except the interpersonal sensitiveness factor score,which is lower than the norm,all the factor sores are higher than the norm,especially stubbonness factor and psychopathia factor,which are significantly different from the norm.Conclusion The mental health state of enterprise managers is worse than the common groups.Besides,the mental health state of female managers is a little worse than that of males,and the older the age is,the worse the mental health state is,Education degree has a positive effect on the mental health state,although it is unsignificantly.
