摘    要:为解决原68人用离心机在运行过程中存在的G值增长率不高,静压支承,放气系统和定点停车安全可靠性差等问题,分析了液压系统设计,敢产生上述问题的原因,采用提高补油系统压力和流量,增加静压支承热备份,重新设计放气系统和增加主拖动系统停车循环回路的技术途径,使设备性能指标和安全可靠性得到较大的改善。

Abstract:Low on set rate G,poor safety and reliability of hydraulic pressure bearing system,gas releasing system and stopping of the machine at a special position are the main problems of 68 type human centrifuge.The above mentioned problems were caused by hydraulic system.By increasing the pressure and the flow rate of the oil replenishing system,backing up of the hydraulic pressure bearing system, redesigning the gas releasing system and adding the stopping loop in main dragging driving system,performance,safety and reliability of the human centrifuge were effectively improved.114 runs of human experiments proved that the performance of the improved facility meets the requirement for human experiments.
