| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ COPD）患者心理弹性水平及其影响因素。方法采用自编一般资料问卷、心理弹性量表、领悟社会支持量表和COPD自我效能量表对118例老年COPD患者进行调查。结果患者的心理弹性得分为（59.65±12.09）分。回归分析显示：家庭经济负担、疾病严重程度、社会支持及自我效能是患者心理弹性的影响因素。结论受多种个体因素差异的影响，老年COPD患者的心理弹性水平较低，护理人员应采取个体化的干预措施来提高其心理弹性。

Ivestigation on resilience among elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the level and influential factors of resilience among elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) .Methods A total of 118 elderly patients with COPD were investigated by self-designed demographic questionnaire, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), Perceived Social Support Scale ( PSSS) and COPD Self-efficacy Scale ( CSES) .Results The total score of CD-RISC was ( 59.65 ±12.09) .The regression analysis showed that the influential factors of resilience were family economic burden, severity of the dis-ease, social support and self-efficacy.Conclusion Resilience is still at a low level in elderly patients with COPD, which is influenced by individual factors, and nurses should take the targeted measures to improve their resilience. |
