超敏C反应蛋白与降钙素原联合应用在AECOPD诊治中的意义

目的：观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diease,AECOPD)患者降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)和超敏 C 反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)的水平变化,探讨其临床应用价值。方法选取我院呼吸内科60例 AECOPD患者为观察组,另选取60例 COPD 稳定期患者为对照组,检测治疗前后患者 PCT 及 hs-CRP、白细胞的变化。结果 AECOPD 患者治疗前 PCT 和 hs-CRP、白细胞水平明显高于 COPD 稳定期组患者,2组之间差异有统计学意义(F =6.543,P <0.05),AECOPD 经过治疗后 PCT 和 hs-CRP、白细胞水平显著下降,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(F =11.686,P <0.05),但与 COPD 稳定期组相比 PCT 和hs-CRP、白细胞水平相比差异无统计学意义(F =9.248,P >0.05),相关分析显示观察组血清 PCT 和hs-CRP 因子表达水平呈正相关(r =0.75,P <0.05)。结论 PCT 和 hs-CRP 因子是 AECOPD 良好的监测指标。联合检测 CRP 及 PCT 对 AECOPD 疗效观察具有重要意义。

Exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diease

Objective To investigate clinical application value of the significance of serum procalcitonin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diease (AECOPD) patients.Methods Randomly selected 60 cases of AECOPD patients as observation group,and 60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary diease(COPD)stable period patients as control group.all the patients were tested hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) procalcitonin(PCT) and white blood cell (WBC) before and after treatment.Results The acute phase patients with COPD before treatment hs-CRP and PCT,WBC level were signifcantly higher than the stable patients with COPD.Significant difference was found between the two groups (F = 6.543,P <0.05).Patients with AECOPD after treatment hs-CRP and PCT,WBC level decreased signifcantly, difference was found between before and after treatment.groups (F =1 1.686,P <0.05).But compared with stable patients with COPD there is no difference was found(F =9.248,P >0.05).The level of hs-CRP in serum was positively related with PCT(r =0.75,P <0.05).Conclusions PCT and hs-CRP are good indicantor in AECOPD patients.The combined detectionin AECOPD patients of hsCRP and PCT on the efficacy of AECOPD has important clinical significance.
