低年资护士对患者安全认知水平及其影响因素研究

目的：探讨低年资护士对患者安全认知水平及其影响因素研究。方法采取整群取样的方法，对2011年7月至2013年9月从院校毕业直接招聘入院的132名低年资护士进行问卷调查，调查低年资护士对患者安全认知水平，并分析影响患者安全认知的因素。结果安全知识的知晓程度中14个项目得分均值为2.19～2.90分，属于中等水平。其中“完全知晓率”最低的前2位为：环境因素造成的安全隐患，占9.2％，其次是护理安全相关的法规，占4.1％，而位于“不知晓率”最高的前2位为：护理差错发生后的处理程序（9.1％）、发生失误后的原因分析方法（11.7％）。低年资护士对患者安全认知受多种因素的影响，包括文化程度、性别、招收类型、行为、知识、态度等，采用Hierarchical 多元回归分析，P＜0.01，差异有统计学意义。结论低年资护士安全知识知晓的现状得分总体水平不高，且接受护理安全相关知识培训的总体需求较高，医院应有针对性地采取不同措施，结合低年资护士学习需求和特点，制定相应的培训计划，加强低年资护士安全认知能力，故提高低年资护士安全文化的认知水平刻不容缓。

The study of the patients'safety cognition level and it's influencing factors on junior nurses

Objective To explore the patients'safety cognition level and it's influencing factors on junior nur-ses.Methods The cluster sampling method was used to selected object.A questionnaire survey was carried out to 132 junior nurses who graduated from colleges and were adapted directly from July 2011 to September 2013 , to investigate their cognition level on patients'safety and to analyze the influncing factors of safety cognition.Results The average score among 14 items of the cognition degree of safety knowledge was 2.19~2.90, which was on the medium level.The top 2 of the lowest"full awareness of"were potential safety hazard because of environmental factors which accounted for 9.2%, and the other was the related laws and regulations of nursing safety which accounted for 4.1%.While the 2 highest factors of"no awareness"were the wrong handler of the occurrence of nursing error (9.1%) and the analysis of the cause of the error (11.7%) .The safety cognition on patient of junior nurses was influenced by many factors, in-cluding the degree of culture, gender, recruit type, behavior, knowledge, attitude, etc.With the analysis of the Hi-erarchical multiple regression, we found that P<0.01, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The overall level of junior nurses'knowledge about safety is not high, and the overall demand of nursing safety knowl-edge training is higher.As a result, the hospital should take different measures and make the corresponding training plan combine with learning requirements and characteristics of junior nurses, thereby improving junior nurses'cognitive secur-ity ability.So it is very urgent to improve the cognition level of junior nurses 'safety culture.
