通过分析造成传统肌肉注射疼痛的原因，探讨几种缓解患者肌肉注射疼痛的不同方法。如按捏手法、按压法、调整进针角度法、控制进针深度法、使用局麻药物控制法、气泡封堵注射法、Z路径肌肉注射法、耳穴压豆法、两针头法、音乐疗法等在临床护理操作中的应用原理，同时比较各种方法的优缺点，根据患者不同的特质，选择适宜的肌肉注射的方法，从而最大程度减轻患者的注射疼痛，提高护理质量满意度。

Research status of several improved intramuscular injection methods in painless in-jection

To explore the different methods to relieve the intramuscular injection pain in patients through ana-lyzing the reasons of traditional intramuscular injection pain, such as kneading, pressurem-assage , adjusting thepuncture angle, controllingthe punctureangle, local anesthetic control method, bubble block injection, Z path intramuscular in-jection,auricular pointsticking , two-needle method and music therapy etc., their application principles were investiga-ted in the clinical nursing operation.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared.The appro-priate intramuscular injection methods were selected according to the different constitutions in patients, which relieved the injection pain in patients to an extreme and improved the satisfaction of the care quality.
