系统健康教育对精神分裂症患者负面情绪及康复程度的影响

目的：探索系统健康教育对精神分裂症患者情绪及康复程度的影响研究。方法选取本院2013年2月至2014年12月精神分裂症康复期患者80例，采用随机区组法分为观察组和对照组，观察组在给予系统健康教育干预，对照组给予常规护理干预，对比两组患者经干预后SAS 和SDS 评分、阳性阴性症状量表（ PANSS）及生活质量。结果两组治疗前后组内比较均能够明显改善SDS和SAS评分。治疗后组间SAS和SDS评分比较，观察组临床效果明显优于对照组，P＜0.001，有显著性统计学意，说明观察组能够改善患者负面情绪。另一方面观察组治疗后在改善患者PANSS评分以及社会功能、心理功能、物质状态、躯体功能四方面生活质量评分临床效果均明显优于对照组，P＜0.01，有显著性统计学意义。说明系统健康教育能够促进患者病情康复。结论系统健康教育是一种有效的改善精神分裂症患者情绪，同时能够促进患者康复。

The effect of systematic health education on the negative emotions and the degree of recovery of schizophrenics

Objective To study the effect of systematic health education on the negative emotions and the de-gree of recovery of schizophrenics.Methods A total of 80 schizophrenics from February 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The patients of observation group were giv-en systematic health education intervention, and the patients of the control group were given routine nursing interven-tion.The scores of SAS and SDS, positive and negative syndrome scale ( PANSS) and the life quality of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SDS and SAS of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group , and the diference was statis-tically significant, P<0.001, which explained that the negative emotions of patients of the observation group was signif-icantly improved.On the other hand, the scores of PANSS and social function, psychological function, physical state, physical function four aspects of the life quality, clinical effects of observation group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group, P<0.01, with statistical significance.The systematic health education could effec-tively promote the rehabilitation of patients.Conclusion Systematic health education is an effective method on impro-ving schizophrenics, and can better promote the rehabilitation of patients.
