| 摘 要： | 随着人们生活水平的提高，肥胖症的发病率也越来越高。肥胖症患者常合并体内多个系统功能的改变，尤其是呼吸系统，从而引起显著的呼吸生理及呼吸道结构的改变，导致肥胖症患者的呼吸功能严重受损。因此，在临床上对其气道的管理和肺功能的保护不容忽视。本文着重就其呼吸系统的结构和功能作一综述。

Physiological changes of respiratory in patients with obesity |

| Abstract: | With the development of people′s living standard,the incidence of the obesity has increased dramatically in recent years.It is wildly accepted that obesity could influence the function of multiply organs,especially for respiratory system.Physiological function declining as well as the structure changing could result in the severe impairment of respiratory system for the patients with obesity.Thus, optimization of airway management and pulmonary function protection in clinical practice should be paid more attentions.This article overviews the structure and function of the respiratory system in patients with obesity. |
