气相色谱测定樟脑薄荷脑柳酯软膏中3种药效成分的含量

目的建立气相色谱法同时测定樟脑薄荷脑柳酯软膏中樟脑、薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯含量的方法。方法无水乙醇提取被测成分。采用OV-17石英毛细管色谱柱,以正十二烷为内标,程序升温。结果樟脑、薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯分别在1.03-3.08 g·L^-1、1.00-3.01 g·L^-1、1.09-3.26 g·L^-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.56%、99.91%、99.7%（RSD均小于2%）,8小时内测定结果稳定。结论本方法方便,准确,重现性好,可做为本制剂的质量控制方法 。

Determination of 3 kings components in camphor menthol and methy salicylate cream by GC

OBJECTIVE To establish a GC method for determining the content of camphor,menthol,methy salicylate in camphor,menthol and methy salicylate cream.METHODS An OV-17 colum（30 m×0.32mm） was used;using n-Dedecans as internal standard.FID,the injector temperature was 170 ℃ and the detector temperature was 170℃.Column temperature raises by programming,with origination temperature at 80℃,holding 1 min,and 8 ℃·min-1,finished temperature is holding 140℃ for 15 min.RESULTS Camphor,methol,methy salicylate linear scope was 1.03-3.08 g·L^-1（R2=0.9998）,1.00-3.01 g·L^-1（R2=0.9994）,1.09-3.26 g·L^-1（R2=0.9997） respectively.The average recovery was 99.56%,99.91%,99.7%,with RSD allless than 2%（n=5）.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It may be adopted for the quality control of camphor,menthol and methy salicylate cream.
