入院患者心理状态评估方法的比较分析

目的：通过对主观和量表评定法的比较，使临床心理评估更省时、准确、科学。方法：对新入院l02例经主观评定法评估为焦虑、抑郁、正常的患者，同时采用量表评定法(SAS SDS)进行心理测验。结果：两种评估法差异非常显著(P＜0．01)。量表评定为单纯焦虑者1．96％，抑郁者32．25％，二者同时存在者占20．59％，与主观评定法的符合率为9．80％。结论：临床护士需要将主观评定法与量表评定法结合起来进行心理状态的评估，提出护理问题，进行有预见性地护理，制定相应的护理措施，保证心理护理具有科学性。

Comparative Analysis of Assessment on In-patients Psychological′ States

Objective:To seek a better program through making the comparision between the subjective and scale assessment.Methods:SAS (Zung Self rating Anxiety Scale)and SDS(Zung Self rating Depression Scale) were adopt to make psychological test on 102 of new inpatients who were assessed by nurses to be of anxiety,depression and calmness.Results:There was a significant difference between groups( P <0.01).The patients with anxiety was 1.96% with depression of 32.35% and anxiety and depression of 20.59%.Only 9.80% was the same between subjective and scale assessment.Conclusion:The nurse should combine the subjective assessment with SAS and SDS in assessment of inpatients psychological states,and define nursing problems,plan nursing interventions and ensure scientific psychological nursing care.
