肝癌患者术后饮食治疗依从性的影响因素

目的了解原发性肝癌患者术后饮食治疗依从性的影响因素，为提高患者的治疗依从性提供依据。方法选取10例肝癌术后患者进行个案访谈，采用现象学分析法对资料进行分析。结果通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼主题，得出影响原发性肝癌患者术后饮食治疗依从性的4个主题：（1）患者自身因素，包括疾病相关知识、以往的饮食习惯；（2）病理生理因素；（3）社会因素，包括经济状况、家庭支持、诊断知情度以及医护人员的监督；（4）医嘱的可操作性。结论为了增强肝癌患者术后饮食治疗的依从性，使患者自觉采纳与医嘱相一致的行为，应注重增强饮食医嘱的可操作性，并关注患者的认知、心理、社会因素对依从性的影响，以促进患者康复。

Correlated Factors of Compliance to Alimentary Control in Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma after Operation

Objective To investigate the correlated factors of the compliance to alimentary control in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） after operation so as to provide evidence to elevate the patients＇ compliance. Methods Ten HCC patients were interviewed, and the data was analyzed by phenomenological analysis. Results By reading, analyzing, rethinking, sorting and refining, four subjects affecting the compliance to alimentary control in HCL patients after operation were listed： （1）patients＇ factors including related knowledge about diseases and alimentary habits; （2）pathophysiological factors; （3）social factors including economic conditions,support from family,cognition of the diagnosis and supervision from the medical staff; （4）maneuverability of medical orders. Conclusion To increase the compliance to alimentary control in HCC patients and to promote patients＇ behaviors in accordance with the medical orders, the influence of cognitive, psychological and social factors should be emphasized for patients rehabilitation.
