类风湿关节炎中医体质特征的研究进展

类风湿关节炎（RA）是临床常见自身免疫性疾病，近年来发病率有逐渐升高的趋势，给患者的劳动能力和生活质量造成了极大的影响。RA的病因目前尚不明确，且无根治方法，因此早期防治是阻止疾病进展的关键。多项研究表明体质与RA的发生关系密切，尤其在防治疾病方面发挥着重要优势。文章对RA的中医体质特征做一综述，以期为防治RA提供一定的临床指导。

Research progress on physical characteristics of rheumatoid arthritis in traditional Chinese medicine

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA),a common clinical autoimmune disease,has a tendency of gradually increasing incidence in recent years,which causes great difficulties for the labor force and affects the patient life quality. At present,the etiology of RA is not clear,and there is no radical treatment,so early prevention and treatment is the key to prevent the progression of the disease. A number of studies have shown that physical fitness is closely related to the occurrence of RA,especially playing an important role in the prevention and treatment of diseases. Therefore,this paper will make a review of the physical characteristics of RA in traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide certain clinical guidance for the prevention and treatment of RA.
