浮针联合麻桂温经汤加味治疗肩袖损伤血虚寒凝证临床研究

目的:观察浮针联合麻桂温经汤加味治疗肩袖损伤血虚寒凝证的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治肩袖损伤的患者共80例,按随机数字表法分为2组各40例。对照组给予Mulligan动态关节松动术;观察组给予浮针联合麻桂温经汤加味治疗。连续治疗6周后,比较2组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、肩关节功能美国加州大学肩关节评分(UCLA)评分、肩关节活动度(ROM)、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组VAS评分明显下降,UCLA评分显著升高(P<0.01);观察组治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组,UCLA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组前屈、外展、体侧外旋的角度显著增大(P<0.01);观察组治疗后前屈、外展、体侧外旋的角度显著大于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组的优良率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:浮针联合麻桂温经汤加味治疗肩袖损伤血虚寒凝证疗效确切。

Clinical Study on Floating Acupuncture Combined with Modified Magui Wenjing Tang for Rotator Cuff Injury with Blood Deficiency and Cold Congealing Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of floating acupuncture combined with modified Magui Wenjing tang for rotator cuff injury with blood deficiency and cold congealing syndrome. Methods: A total of 80 cases of patients with rotator cuff injury in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was given Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization;the observation group was treated with floating acupuncture combined with modified Magui Wenjing tang. After six weeks of continuous treatment,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),the shoulder scores of University of California Los Angeles(UCLA),the Range of Motion(ROM)and clinical effect in the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, VAS scores in the two groups were significantly decreased and UCLA scores were significantly increased(P<0.01);after treatment, VAS score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,while UCLA score was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). After treatment, the angles of anterior flexion, abduction and lateral external rotation in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.01);the above angles in the observation group were significantly larger than those in the control group(P<0.01). The excellent and good rate was 97.50% in the observation group,higher than that of 80.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of floating acupuncture combined with modified Magui Wenjing tang has definite curative effect in treating rotator cuff injury with blood deficiency and cold congealing syndrome.
