电针刺激复合全身麻醉对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者术中应激及术后免疫功能的影响

目的:观察电针刺激复合全身麻醉对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者术中应激及术后免疫功能的影响。方法:纳入80例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者作为实验对象,依据入院先后顺序分为对照组、实验组,且2组各选入40例,对照组给予全身麻醉,实验组给予电针刺激复合全身麻醉,对比2组患者的麻醉效果、术中应激反应、术后免疫功能及苏醒时间。结果:对照组优良率为80.00%,实验组为97.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术中应激反应情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术后免疫功能比较,实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,实验组苏醒时间(睁眼时间、拔管时间及正确回答问题时间)明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:针对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术给予电针刺激复合全身麻醉,可在提升患者麻醉效果的同时改善术后免疫功能,明显缩短苏醒时间,同时稳定术中应激反应。

Effect of Electroacupuncture Stimulation Combined with General Anesthesia on Intraoperative Stress and Postoperative Immune Function in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Radical Surgery for Rectal Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture stimulation combined with general anesthesia on intraoperative stress and postoperative immune function in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery for rectal cancer. Methods:Eighty patients undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery for rectal cancer were included and divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the order of admission,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with general anesthesia and the experiment group was treated with electroacupuncture stimulation combined with general anesthesia. The anesthetic effect,intraoperative stress response,postoperative immune function and the waking time in the two groups were compared. Results:The excellent/good rate was 80.00% in the control group and 97.50% in the experiment group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). There was significant difference in the comparison of intraoperative stress response between the two groups(P<0.05). The postoperative immune function was better in the experiment group than the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The waking time(time when eyes opened,extubation time and time when they answered correctly) in the experiment group was more significantly shortened than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of electroacupuncture stimulation combined with general anesthesia for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery for rectal cancer, can improve the postoperative immune function,shorten the waking time and stabilize the intraoperative stress response.
