男男性接触者艾滋病风险感知及安全套使用调查

目的了解男男性接触者艾滋病风险感知及安全套使用情况，为下一步行为干预提供参考依据。方法成立彩虹工作组，到同性恋者活动场所开展外展服务，知情同意原则下，进行艾滋病风险感知及安全套使用情况调查。结果共调查458例。性取向以同性恋和双性恋为主，分别占46．1％和42．6％。艾滋病风险感知认识薄弱，大多数认为“现在或将来自己感染艾滋病的机会不大”。最近1a，26．6％曾经和女性发生性行为；和自己的配偶或固定女友发生性行为，时，多数不用或从来不用安全套的比例较高；与之相反，和不固定非商业性女性或女性性工作者发生性行为时，每次用或多数用安全套的比例较高。与男性初次性交年龄最小13岁，最大42岁，平均（21．4±4．6）岁。最近1a，51．5％与男性伴口交时从不使用安全套，30．1％曾为男士提供商业性服务。不论肛交对象，男男性接触者每次用安全套比例均较低。结论男男性接触者是HIV传播的桥梁人群，开展干预工作有着特殊意义。

HIV risk perceptions and condom use among men who have sex with men in Shenzhen

Objective To survey HIV risk perception and condom use among men who have sex with men （MSM） and provide scientific evidence for further behavioral intervention in Shenzhen. Methods A rainbow workgroup was set up for outreach in the MSM venues. Questionnaire investigations on HIV risk perceptions and condom use were conducted among MSM with informed consent. Results A total of 458 cases were included. The proportions of gay and bisexual among MSM were 46.1% and 42.6 % respectively. HIV risk perceptions among them were weak and most of them believed that they have littie chance infected HIV now or in the future. The proportion of having sex with female in recent one year was 26.6%. The rate of always not or never using condom was higher when having sex with spouse or fixed female friend. On the contrary, the rate of using condom every time or always using condom was higher when having sex with prostitute or non-commercial female. The average age when having sex with male for the first time was 21.4 ±4.6 years （minimum 13, maximum 42）. In the last year 51.5 % had oral sex with male without condoms, 30.1% served as money boys. Whoever having anal sex with, the rate of MSM using condoms every time were lower. Conclusions MSM served as a bridge to transmit HIV and it is significant to do behavioral intervention among them.
