农村初中生归因方式与心理健康状况的年级差异

摘    要:目的探讨农村初中生归因方式与心理健康状况的年级差异。方法随机选取厦门市农村3所初中,每所学校每个年段随机抽取2个班级,共824人进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、儿童归因风格问卷调查。结果农村初一学生PmG、P sB、TG与初二学生存在显著差异(F=7.38,5.53,7.76;P<0.01),PvG、Hope Score存在差异(F=3.43,2.51;P<0.05);初一学生P sB与初三学生存在显著差异(F=5.53,P<0.01),P sG存在差异(F=2.95,P<0.05);初二学生PmG与初三学生存在显著差异(F=7.38,P<0.01),农村初一学生在强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁及敌对上与初三学生存在显著差异(F=6.58,5.95,6.31,8.43;P<0.01),在焦虑和恐怖上存在差异(F=3.41,3.18;P<0.05);农村初二学生在强迫、抑郁及敌对上与初三学生存在显著差异(F=6.58,6.31,8.43;P<0.01),在人际关系敏感、焦虑及恐怖上存在差异(F=5.95,3.41,3.18;P<0.05),强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑及敌对主要受PmG的影响,恐怖主要受TOTALB的影响;结论农村初二学生的积极归因方式最差,农村初三学生的次之,农村初一学生的较好;农村初三学生更容易出现心理障碍;农村初中学生的心理健康状态受积极归因方式中永久性的归因模式影响。

Abstract:Objective To study the rural junior school students’ grade differences of attribution styles and mental health status.Methods Three rural junior school in Xiamen were selected randomly,two classes was randomly selected per grades of these three schools,824 students were asked to complete the SCL-90 and CN-CASQ.Results There were significant differences in some items of CN-CASQ between students from grade one and grade two(PmG,PsB,TG,F=7.38,5.53,7.76;P<0.01),(PvG,Hope,F=3.43,2.51;P<0.05);also significant differences in some items of CN-CASQ between students from grade one of middle school and grade three(PsB,F=5.53,P<0.01),(PsG,F=2.95,P<0.05).significant difference existed in some items of CN-CASQ between students from grade two of middle school and grade three(PmG,F=7.38,P<0.01).The results indicated significant differences in some items of CN-CASQ between students from grade one of middle school and grade three in obsession,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility,(F=6.58,5.95,6.31,8.43;P<0.01)anxiety,phobia(F=3.41,3.18;P<0.05).What’s more,significant differences could be seen in some items of CN-CASQ between students from grade two of middle school and grade three in obsession,depression,hostility(F=6.58,6.31,8.43;P<0.01),but also differences in interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,phobia(F=5.95,3.41,3.18;P<0.05).Obsession,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility were mainly influenced by PmG,while phobia was influenced by TOTALB.Conclusion The positive attribution style of students from grade two is best,while grade three is worst which is easily affected by mental disorder.Mental health status is affected by permanent attribution style.
