| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B超显像诊断处女膜闭锁的价值。方法1997年以来 ,我院B型超声诊断处女膜闭锁11例。结果其声像图特征为阴道、子宫、输卵管或盆腔积血而形成的无回声区 ,其大小形态依积血的部位和程度而各异。无回声区内可见细小点状回声 ,适当开大增益后更趋明显 ,可随体位改变而移动 ,腹部加压时点状回声可以浮动。结论超声显像能判定处女膜闭锁所致的积血部位、程度 ,并能估测预后的状况 ,是本病首选的最理想的检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of ultrasound .Methods Since 1997, 11 cases of imperforate hymen were detected ultrasonographically.Results The typical ultrasonic finding was the echo_free area formed by the accumulation of blood in vagina,uterus,oviduct or pelvis.The size and shape of the echo_free area which contained fine dense echogenic spots with evident posterior enhanced effect were due to different changeable position and amount of blood accumulation.Conclusion Ultrasonic image can estimate the position and degree of blood accumulation,even can forecast the prognosis.It deserves the best examination for imperforate hymen. |
