上尿路酸性结石急性梗阻性肾功能不全的微创治疗

目的：分析评价上尿路尿酸结石所致的急性梗阻性肾功能不全的微创治疗方法。方法：总结采用B超引导下经皮肾穿刺造瘘、输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石或置管、经皮肾镜下碎石外科微创方法治疗上尿路尿酸结石急 性梗阻性肾功能不全25例的临床资料。结果：25例上尿路梗阻得以及时解除，肾功能得以最大恢复，避免了传统的开放手术。结论：B超引导下经皮肾穿刺造瘘、输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石或置管、经皮肾镜下碎石是治疗上尿路尿酸结石所致的急性梗阻性肾功能不全的首选方法。

The minimally invasive treatment of acute obstructive renal failure from upper urinary tract uricaid stone

Objective To evaluate the minimally invasive treatment of acute obstructive renal failure from upper urinary tract uricacid stone.Methods From Aug.1999 to Aug.2000,25 cases of acute obstructive renal failure from upper urinary tract uricacid stone were treated by percutaneous nephrotomy and percutaneous nephrolithotripsy directed by ultrasound,ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Results Upper urinary tract obstruction of 25 cases were relieved immediately and renal function rehabilitated and the traditional surgical operation avoided.Conclusion Percutaneous nephrotomy,percutaneous nephrolithotripsy directed by ultrasound or ureteroscopic lithotripsy is the first choice in acute obstructive renal failure from upper urinary tract uricacid stone.
