| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨哮喘儿童血清转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)水平变化及临床意义。方法:应用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测发作期与缓解期哮喘患儿及正常对照儿童血清TGFβ1水平。结果:血清TGFβ1水平哮喘组发作期及缓解期均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),且发作期TGFβ1水平低于缓解期(P<0.05)。结论:哮喘患儿血清TGFβ1水平减低,可能参与哮喘发病。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the changes and clinical evaluation of serum TGFβ1 levels in asthmatic children.Methods:The serum TGFβ1 levels of acute and remission group of asthmatic children and normal controls were detected by sandwich ELISA.Results:The serum TGFβ1 lavels of acnte group and remisgion group in asthma were lower than that of normal control.Further more,the serum TGFIβ1 level of acute group was lower than that of remission group.There were significant differences among the three groups.Conclusion:The serum TGFβ1 levels decrease in asthmatic children.TGFβ1 probably participate the pathogenesis of asthma. |
