摘    要:建立了汽水中铜的石墨炉原子吸收光谱分析方法,最低检测浓度为2.18μg/L,样品测定变异系数为2.2%~8.9%,回收率为95.2%~103.7%,重复实验的变异系数为3.5%~10.1%。

Abstract:The standard analytical method for Cu in soda water was AAS and spectrophotometry.Because of inorganic salt and organic substance in the sample, the sample needs long time digestion and it is easy to be polluted and lost. In this paper a new method was desoribed for the determination of Cu in soda water by GFAAS. The absolute sensitivity of this method was 2.0×10-11g. The detectable concentration was 2.18ug.L-1.The coefficient of variation was 2.2%~8.9%, and the rate of recovery was 95.2%~103.7%.The coefficient of variation for repeated tests was 3.5%~10.1%. The analytical results obtained by this method agreed on those obtained by the AAS method as well as the values of reference urine.This method is rapid, simple, accurate and reliable.
