毛蚶中肠道病毒的浓缩方法

摘    要:取人工污染病毒的毛蚶腮和消化道匀浆,用pH9.0,3%牛肉膏液洗脱,洗脱液用PEG-6000沉淀,沉淀物再悬于0.15mol/LNa2HPO4中,此浓缩方法对polioⅠ型病毒及甲型肝炎病毒回收效果好。PolioⅠ的平均回收率为72.4%。该方法操作较简便,不需特殊试剂和仪器,适合一般实验室使用。

Abstract:A concentration method for detection of enterovirus from acra subcrenata was established.The gills and digestive tracts of acra subcrenata were cut up and homogenized,and then virus was inoculated into the homogenate. The homogenate was eluted by 3%beef extract(pH=9.0),it was precipitated by PEG-6000.The sediment precipitated was resuspended in 0.15mol/L Na2HPO4 solution.This method is effective for recovery of enteroviruses,such as poliovirus typel and hepatitis A virus.The averaged recovery rate was 72.4%for poliovirus type 1.The method is simple,Because it does not need expensive reagents and equipments,it is useful in minimally equipped laboratories.
