砷与氟对三种环境生物的联合毒性研究

摘    要:采用斑马鱼、大型水蚤及美丽猛水蚤对水中砷与氟的联合毒性进行了研究。用毒性单位法及相加指数法评价结果,3种生物的联合毒性实验都表明砷与氟在水环境中呈拮抗作用。

Abstract:The toxicity of arsenic and fluoride independently and jointly were determined by using bioassay on several organisms(Zebrafish,Brachydanio rerio;water flea,Daphnia magna;harpacticoid copeped Nitocra spinipes).The toxic unit model and additive index method were used to evaluate the joint toxicity.The results showed that joint toxicity of arenic with fluoride was antagonism on the Daphnia magna,Nitocra spinipes and brachyd anio rerio.The three test organisms are suitable and important test animals for joint toxicity of chemicals.The harpacticoid copeped nitocra spinipes is very sensitive to chemical toxicity.
