开放性颅骨粉碎性骨折1期整复修补38例的临床分析

目的探讨开放性颅骨粉碎性骨折一期整复修补及手术方法与治疗结果。方法回顾分析开放性颅骨粉碎性骨折一期整复修补38例的治疗情况。结果 38例均一次手术成功。伤口甲级愈合,骨折碎片存活良好。随访30例,3个月均出现骨愈合,治疗效果满意。结论开放性颅骨粉碎性骨折一期手术完成颅骨整复及修补,不存在免疫排斥,并发症少,操作简单易行,局部无严重污染,无大面积头皮缺损,均可进行一期整复修补术。

Objective To research on the surgery means and the result of the therapy that consists in the first phase of taxis and reparation of the comminuted fracture of the cranium.Methods Retrospection and analysis on the 38 cases of the therapy that consists in the first phase of taxis and reparation of the comminuted fracture of the cranium.Results Success of all the 38 cases on their first surgery： first grade of wounds healing,positive survival of the cataclasis pieces.The 30 cases that were visited after operation all show the concrescence of the bones in 3 months,the effect is satisfying.Conclusion The surgery on the first phase of taxis and reparation of the comminuted fracture of the cranium does not cause the exclusion of immunity,neither many syndromes,and the operation is not complicated.Consequently,in the circumstance that there are no heavy dirt,neither a large-area lack of the scalp,the therapy of the surgery on the first phase of taxis and reparation of the comminuted fracture of the cranium can be applied.
