摘    要:目的探讨计算机辅助认知训练对脑卒中后失语病人语言功能和认知能力恢复的临床效果。方法回顾性分析40例脑卒中后失语病人的临床资料,随机分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=20),两组分别于治疗前、治疗2个月后,采用汉语标准失语症检查法(CRRCAE)和简易精神状态检查(MMSE)进行语言功能和认知能力评测。结果观察组在治疗2个月后在听理解、复述、朗读、阅读理解和MMSE方面均好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论计算机辅助认知训练可提高脑卒中后失语病人的语言功能和认知能力。

Effect of computer-assisted cognitive training on language function improvement of aphasic patients after stroke

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of computer-assisted cognitive training on language function and cognitive ability improvement of patients with aphasia after stroke. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with aphasia after stroke were analyzed retrospectively, and these patients were divided into the control group (n = 20) and observation group (n = 20). Language function evaluation adopting China rehabilitation research center aphasia examination (CRRCAE) and cognitive ability adopting mini-mental state examination (MMSE) were tested separately before the intervention, 2 months after the intervention by the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the listening comprehension, repetition, reading aloud, reading comprehension and scores of MMSE were improved in the observation group 2 months after the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Computer-assisted Cognitive training has enhancement effect on language function and cognitive ability improvement of patients with aphasia after stroke.
