内镜辅助手术与传统显微镜手术治疗面肌痉挛的临床对比研究

目的探讨内镜辅助手术与传统减压术治疗面肌痉挛的手术效果。方法回顾性分析175例面肌痉挛病例资料，其中显微镜组96例，内镜组79例。结果显微镜组术后症状完全消失83例（86.45％），明显缓解4例（4.16％），无效9例（9.37％），复发6例（6.45％）；并发症发生率为21.8％。内镜组术后症状完全消失76例（96.2％），明显缓解2例（2.53％），无效1例，无复发病例；并发症发生率为17.7％。两组对比有效率及复发率差异均具有统计学意义（均尸〈0.05），并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论内镜辅助手术治疗面肌痉挛比传统显微手术方式具有更高的治愈率。

Comparison between the endoscope-assisted surgery and traditional microvascular decompression for the treatment of hemifacial spasm

Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect of the endoscope-assisted surgery and traditional microvascular decompression on hemifacial spasm. Methods The clinical data of 175 patients with hemifacial spasm were analyzed retrospectively, There were 96 patients in microscopy group and 79 patients in endoscopy group. Results In microscopy group, the symptoms completely disappeared in 83 cases （86.45%）, significantly relieved in 4 （4.16%）, no changed in 9 （9.37%） and had recurrence in 6 （6.45%）. In endoscopy group, the symptoms completely disappeared in 76 cases （96.2%）, significantly relieved in 2 （2.53%）, no changed in 1 and no recurrence. The complications rate was 21.8% and 17.7% in microscopy group and endoscopy group respectively. The results indicate that the symptom relief rate and recurrence rate were significantly different in the two groups （P 〈0.05）, while the complication rate showed no significant difference （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Endoscopy-assisted surgery can increase the rate of symptom relief significantly with similar rate of complication in comparison with traditional microvascular decompression.
