住院精神病患者的康复治疗状况调查

目的：了解住院精神病患者疾病诊断比率及康复治疗状况。方法：对1082例住院精神病患者的诊断及康复治疗进行时点凋查。结果：住院患者中精神科疾病诊断排在前5位的是精神分裂症、阿尔采末氏病、血管性痴呆、心境障碍及癫痫所致精神障碍。患者参与康复治疗的方法中前5位是音乐治疗、改良森田治疗、劳动作业治疗、老年文体疗法、中青年文体疗法；精神病患者参加康复治疗的比例为86．1％。结论：康复治疗在精神病患者住院治疗中有重要作用。

Investigation on Rehabilitation Therapy for Psychotic Inpatients

Objective: To explore the rate of the diagnosis of mental disorder and rehabilitation therapy in psychotic inpatients. Methods: All 1082 psychotic inpatients were investigated in time point . Results: The front 5 diagnoses of mental disorder in psychotic inpatients were schizophrenia, Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, mood disorders and psychiatric disturbance due to epilepsy. The front 5 rehabilitation therapies of inpatients were music therapy, modified Sen tian therapy, simple work therapy, recreational therapy for old patients and recreational therapy for middle aged patients. The participation rate of psychotic inpatients subject to rehabilitation therapy was 86.1%. Conclusion:The rehabilitation therapy is important for psychotic inpatients.
