小剂量顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶联合化疗治疗晚期肺腺癌

目的　观察小剂量顺铂和 5 -氟尿嘧啶联合方案 (FP方案 )治疗晚期肺腺癌的疗效及毒副作用。方法　 FP方案 5 -氟尿嘧啶 32 0 mg·m2 - 1 · d- 1 ,持续 8h,连用 2周 ,DDP5 mg·m2 - 1 · d- 1每周 5日连用 2周 ,其后休息 2周 ,连用两个周期后进性疗效评价。结果　小剂量 FP方案治疗晚期肺腺癌 2 0例 ,总有效率 35 %。主要毒副作用为轻度的血液和消化道副反应。结论　小剂量 FP化疗方案是治疗晚期肺腺癌有效且毒性较小的联合化疗方案。

The treatment of small doseage cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil in lung adenocarcinoma

Objective The purpose of this article is to emphasize the effects and the bad effect in the treatment process of small doseage cisplatin and 5 fluorouracil in lung adenocarcinoma.Methods It is estimated the effect after treated two cycles; the chemotherapy plans was 5 fluorouracil (320 mg.m 2/d, 8 hours continuously, 2 weeks) and small doseage cisplatin (5 mg/m 2/d, 5 times per week, 2 weeks), having 2 weeks for rest.Results 20 cases of lung adenocarcinoma were treated; the effect rate was 35%, with the mild bad effects in blood and gastrointestine.Conclusion It is an effective strategy in the treatment of lung adenocarinoma to use small doseage cisplatin and 5 fluorouracil.
