| 摘 要： | 探讨增殖细胞核抗原（ｐｒｏｌｉｆｅｒａｔｉｎｇ ｃｅｌｌ ｎｕｃｌｅａｒ ａｎｔｉｇｅｎ，ＰＣＮＡ）和细胞凋亡表达中晚期食管鳞状上皮细胞癌的预后意义。方法应用微波炉加热修复抗原方法和链霉菌素－生物素免疫亲和酶技术行ＰＣＮＡ抗原染色，用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的ｄＵＴＰ缺口末端标记法进行原位凋亡染色。
