| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨目前临床常用人工肝支持系统治疗方法之一血浆置换 (PE)对慢性重型肝炎肝脏功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法 :对 2 8例慢性重型肝炎肝衰竭患者应用上述PE方法进行治疗 42人次 ,比较治疗前后患者临床症状及实验室指标 肝功能、凝血酶原活动度 (PTA)、血氨 (NH3 ) ] ,观察治疗相关的不良反应及患者耐受情况。结果 :治疗后患者乏力、腹胀、纳差等症状明显改善 ,血清总胆红素 (TBiL)明显下降 (P <0 .0 0 1)。PTA显著上升 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :PE可显著改善慢性重型肝炎肝脏功能衰竭患者临床症状及生化指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of plasma exchange (PE),one of the artificial liver support system,in the treatment of liver function failure of chronic severe hepatitis.Methods: 28 paitients with liver funvtion failure of chronic severe hepatitis were treated for 42 courses with PE.Clinical symptoms and laboratory markers (liver function, plasma thromboplastin antecedent PTA,blood ammonia) of pretreatment and post-treatment were compared.Side effects related to treatment and patient compliance were observed.Results: The symptoms such as inertia, abdominal distention,bad appetite and so on were improved greatly,serum total bilirubin decreased significantly(P<0.001).Conclusion: PE can significantly improve the clinical symptoms laboratory markers of patients with liver function failure of chronic severe hepatitis. |
