转移性肝癌外放射肝动脉化疗栓塞综合治疗

（目的）探讨转移性肝癌的外放射、肝动脉化疗栓塞的综合治疗价值。（方法）回顾性分析转移性肝癌的肝动脉化疗栓塞、外放射综合治疗（28例）及单纯外放射治疗（25例）的治疗效果。〔结果〕综合治疗组的有效率为53．6％，1年、2年、3年生存率分别为60．7％、32．2％、14．3％，单纯放疗组的有效率为32％，1年、2年、3年生存率分别为44．0％、28．0％、12．0％。综合治疗组、单纯放疗组的平均生存期分别为14．6个月、11．8个月。其中III期患者的平均生存期综合治疗组（13．4个月）明显优于单纯放疗组（7．1个月，P＜0．05）。（结论）综合治疗未能提高I、II期转移性肝癌的治疗效果，但能明显延长III期患者的生存期。

Combined Therapy with Chemoembolization and Liver Radiation for Metastatic Liver Cancer

Purpose To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE)combined with liver radication(LR)for metastatic liver cancer.Methods The effectiveness of TACE therapy combined with LR therapy (38 cases)and LR therapy alone(25 cases) wereretrospectively studied. The clinical features in the two groups were comparable. Results The rdsponse rate of TACE-LR waw 53.6% and the 1,23 years survival rates were 60.7%,32.2% and 14.3%,respectively.Whereas the response rate of LR alone was 32.0%and the 1,2,3 years survival rates were 44.0%,28.0%and 12.0%,respectively,The mean survival of TACE-LR group and LR group wre 14.6 months and 11.8months,respectively.The mean survival of patients with stge IIIdisease in the TACE-LR group was significantly better than that in the LR group(mean surivival,13.4 months vs.7.1 months,respectively,P<0.05). Conclusion therapy can't promote the effect for metastaitic liver cancer in stage I and II,but can significantly prolong the surival time of patients in stage III.
